The four Osaka locations
Four settings: nightclub, back streets, apartment building and industrial warehouse. Two level names are official — Parking and Osaka Chemicals.

COP BASTARD takes place in early-1990s Osaka across four kinds of location: a nightclub, back streets, an apartment building and an industrial warehouse. Two level names appear in official material — Parking and Osaka Chemicals — and those are the only names this site will use.
The four settings, and what each one is for
| Setting | What it looks like | What it demands |
|---|---|---|
| Nightclub | Neon, checkered floors, hard lighting | Short sightlines; the shotgun earns its slot |
| Back streets | Sodium lamps, signage, parked cars | Long lanes for the Beretta; enemies arrive from both ends |
| Apartment building | Tight rooms, doorways, breakable interiors | Room-clearing discipline; watch the corners |
| Industrial warehouse | Wide floors, cover, long gaps | Distance management, magnum for the open middle |
The two named levels
| Level | Where the name comes from | What matters there |
|---|---|---|
| Parking | Official demo patch notes v0.98c5, which fixed enemies detecting players through walls there | Line of sight is the whole fight; do not trust a car to hide you |
| Osaka Chemicals | The CLOCK PUNCHER achievement, which asks you to clear it without slow motion | A no-slow-motion clear, so plan the rooms without the crutch |
Why the game is built this way
The developers describe the game as corridors rather than arenas, and the level list above is the argument: every setting is a different shape of corridor. The nightclub is a corridor with a bar in it, the streets are a corridor with cars, the apartments are corridors with doors, the warehouse is a corridor with distance.
That matters for how you play. There is no meta-game of finding the best vantage point, because every vantage point is temporary. The correct question is never "where do I stand" but "which way will they come from, and which gun do I have out".
Breakable things
Paintings can be destroyed, and there is an achievement for breaking 20 of them (Culture-multure, 7.9 percent of players). Interiors in the apartment building are the obvious place to do it. If you are doing a no-damage run, breaking scenery is free — it costs time, not health.
What this site does not list
No level-by-level walkthrough, no boss list, no collectible map. Two names are public and the rest of the level list is not something the developers have published; a page claiming fifteen chapter names would be fiction. What is here is what is checkable, plus the four settings the store page itself names.
